Massage Therapist, Reiki Master
I am a massage therapist graduate from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics of 2018. I specialize in Pfrimmer Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, and reiki. I also uses modalities such as essential oils, hot rocks, crystals, and balancing work. I have a passion to help people heal with an alternative approach. As well as meeting your needs, my goal is to bring a calm, nurturing, healing presence to your life. In my free time, I enjoy nature, yoga, spending time with family, friends, and my two cats.
Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Yoga/Barre Instructor
I initially began my yoga journey to reduce stress and improve flexibility in my shoulders and upper back. The practice helped me heal my body and mind in such a positive way that I wanted to be able to share what I had learned with others. So I dived into a Baptiste inspired program, becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2016. I have been teaching ever since and love it. I bring fun and acceptance to all my classes while focusing on proper alignment to create a safe yoga practice for every body.
Through teaching, I discovered that I am most comfortable when I am physically assisting others in their practice. Therefore, I continued to attend workshops that allow me the opportunity to improve my assists and healing through yoga. Soon I wanted to learn more about mind-body healing through physical touch. By 2017, I decided to study Thai Yoga Bodywork at Yin Thai School of Nuad Boran under Jill Harmon. Thai is a graceful, nurturing, interactive dance that is sensitie to the condition of each person. By combining passive stretching, movement of joints, and work along energy lines (sen lines) I am able to offer greater flexibility, flow of energy, deep relaxation, and feeling of well being to my clients. I enjoy seeing the changes I’ve been able to make and have continued to work alongside Jill to further develop my practice. Once I became confident in my ability to help others, I opened my own practice offering the healing power of Thai Bodywork by Carrie.
Soon I realized that I could make a living doing what I love. So I increased the amount of classes I was teaching, expanded my availability to teach and made myself available for Thai sessions. Then I noticed that fitness classes were another opportunity to teach. I decided to become a certified Barre Above instructor in October 2018. Since that time I have developed the Barre-less Barre class at Trilogy Wellness Studio, where I teach a tough but fun class that creates strength and power in a judgment free environment.
When I am not teaching yoga/Barre or offering Thai Bodywork, I love spending time with my husband and my fur babies Bailey, Remy, and Woodford. In my free time I enjoy propagating plants, crafting, and spending time with the people I love most.
I studied Swedish Massage and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy at Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics; these are my main practices of focus. I am interested in helping my clients with specific issues as well as general relaxation. I’ve had good results thus far and am looking forward to being able to help more clients. Golf and guitar are my main hobbies and I love spending time with friends and family.
Biomagnetic Pairing Specialist
When I was a child, I would always ask myself ‘what do I want to do when I grow up?” The answer would always be the same, “I just want to help people.” When I found “Biomagnetic Pairing” I knew I found my true calling.
Raising 3 girls without health insurance was a nightmare as they were growing up, but I realize now that it was the best thing that ever happened to my family, it was a blessing. We didn’t become a victim of the allopathic medical way of thinking. This required me to constantly be researching natural treatments and alternative therapies. I have always believed that our Creator has given us everything we need to sustain our health through nature; it is our job to figure out what our bodies require. Nature provides us everything we need, and unfortunately doctors only have chemicals to offer us for treatments, but NO cures. Our bodies are designed to cure themselves naturally.
While doing my research I ran across the term “Biomagnetic Pairing,” and I decided to investigate. What I found seemed too good to be true, but much to my amazement; I have found Biomagnetic Pairing to be very legitimate. I decided at that time, that I must get trained in this new form of treatment. I had to go to Canada to get my training through Dr. Goiz, and received my 1st level certificate to practice in 2015, and went back to Canada in 2016 to receive my 2nd level training.
I have also attending training in Detoxification and Cell Regeneration at the “International School of Detoxification” taught by Dr. Robert Morse. With this training, I can offer support and guidance in detoxification and cell regeneration.
We are an electrical machine and the human body has a polarity. When our bodies get unbalanced, this creates an acidic environment and alters the bodies PH in certain area. “ Biomagnetic Pair” is two points in our body that are energetically connected, one point goes negative and one point goes positive. By placing magnets on each point, we push the charges towards each other, and the area gets balanced. Equilibrium is restored in which it simply balances the body’s PH in a natural and safe way. When the PH is balanced, it is immediately regulated and corrects the infectious pathologies. This can help the body heal faster and overcome many health related issues while helping to reduce pain and inflammation. This therapy is free of side effects, perfectly compatible with traditional or alternative practice.
I do not try to diagnose, or intend to treat or cure any disease. This is offered as a holistic treatment, and is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Artist
Hi there! My name is Julia Catherine Hyndman, you can also call me Juju. I have been practicing body and energy work for 3 years now.
In 2015 I had a series of life-changing experiences after college which initiated me onto the healing path, I began to see what needed tending to within myself. I’ve always had a pull to help others, as well as a gift of bringing people together and helping them feel safe, so I immediately felt passionately about lifting others to the wholeness and innerstanding I was beginning to feel.
In 2016 I began Thai Yoga Bodywork 300 hr training with Jill Strong Harman in Roanoke, IN (she currently resides in Ft. Wayne) and got Reiki I attuned. In those trainings I had a deep and profound awakening to the importance of the mind-body connection.
In 2017 I moved back to Charleston, SC (I previously received a BA at College of Charleston) and in 2018 I received a Reiki II attunement and training, as well as my LMT in the 500 hr massage therapy program at Trident Technical College under the guidance of Dr. Greg Turpin and Ms. Dana Ball.
In 2019 I felt the call to return to my hometown of Fort Wayne, IN in hopes of sharing these amazing gifts, trainings, and experiences with you all!
In my spare time I am a traveling artist, live painting at festivals and performing fire and flow arts dance. You can catch me around town as a hula hoop instructor, an intuitive creating guide, and a women’s circle leader!
Cheers and love to all!

Yoga Instructor/ Feng Shui Consultant/ Reiki Master
My yoga journey began in 2003. I was in college and required to take a physical education class. Dance aerobics was booked so I was disappointedly forced to take yoga for a semester. I will always remember those first few classes. It seemed like a foreign language to me…but I was intrigued.
My practice continued, however, became instrumental in my life in 2009 when I combined yoga with a meditation practice and other various self-care modalities to help with an illness.
As my love for yoga grew, teacher training was often on my mind. I waited for just the right time in my life and the right teacher. I completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance certified training through Carrie Treister of Omnipresent Yoga.
I very much enjoy teaching, as well as taking various continuing education trainings focusing on breathwork, low back care, and more.
My goal in class is to help you feel empowered and leave feeling positive.
Beyond yoga I have a holistic interior design business where I offer Feng Shui consultations, Space Clearings and more. I love to spend time outdoors with my husband Don and two puppies.
